About Me
Hi! I am Sierra Stallmann, a theater artist based in Philadelphia. I grew up in upstate New York, playing competitive ice hockey, and going camping with my brother. In middle school, I made my theater debut as a “who” in Seussical Jr, and a few years later I traded in my hockey skates for singing and dance lessons. I attended the University of the Arts and received a BFA in Musical Theater with a minor in Arts Management and Engagement.

When not doing theater I love playing my guitar, writing songs, hiking and crocheting!

Artist Statement
I strive to be a multi-disciplined theater artist using my acting and musical theater training in collaboration with my love for writing, music, and movement in order to create work that takes up space in both political and personal spheres highlighting the narratives of women. I seek to possess the ability to be simultaneously vulnerable, bold, daring and honest within my work, while spreading empathy and telling stories that have the potential to change our social/ cultural landscape towards progressive ideals. With a passion for accessibility and inclusivity within the theater industry, I am committed to creating spaces where everyone is welcome to take part in this art form and see their own stories represented.

Sierra is so excited to be heading back to Creede, Co, to participate in Creede Repertory Theatre's 59th season!

Sierra will be in the Ensemble of Mel Brooks' Young Frankenstein as well as understudying Elizabeth Benning. In addition. Sierra will be understudying the role of Cecily Cardew in The Importance of Being Earnest.

August 2023
Sierra will be joining Creede Repertory Theatre's Young Audience Outreach Tour, and will spend 2 months touring "The Presidents!"by Steven Cole Hughes, playing Agent Fontanelle!
June 2023
Sierra will be heading to Creede Colorado, to perform as an ensemble member in Cinderella at Creede Repertory Theatre!
Cinderella runs June 30- August 25.

On May 18th Sierra Graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BFA in Musical Theatre and a minor in Arts Management and Engagement from the University of the Arts.
Sierra will be heading to Pullman, WA to be in the ensemble of Tootsie!
